Abode Malvern is a completed boutique development comprising fourteen oversized residences, delivered within a tightly held inner-eastern suburb. The project reflects a disciplined approach to product definition, targeting the owner-occupier market with predominantly three-bedroom apartments designed to retain the scale and functionality of a standalone home. From acquisition through to completion, the development was structured to prioritise efficiency, buildability and long-term value, resulting in a highly resolved outcome aligned with market demand.

Working alongside DKO Architecture and Jack Merlo, the project demonstrates our ability to coordinate leading consultants and translate design intent into a cohesive built form. The restrained material palette, generous internal planning, and integrated landscape outcomes were delivered consistently across all stages, underscoring a commitment to quality, programme control, and execution at a boutique scale.
